Der Abdruck war irgendwann mal bei einem Abdrucktausch dabei, und ich wusste nie was ich damit anfangen soll - bis gestern ;o)
Der kleine Bub und der Hund sind mit klarem Embossingpulver embosst, leider sieht man das am Bild nicht...
Ist mal was anderes, macht aber genausoviel Spaß ;o)

Die Steinchen zwischen den Blumen sind klitzekleine Herzen, und die Bordüre is mit einem Herzstanzer gemacht.

Igel Pizzabox

Mein erster Versuch einer Pizzabox. Das mit den Bändern muß ich glaub ich noch üben, es gefällt mir noch nicht so richtig wie es ist.
Womit klebt ihr die Bänder fest? Ich glaub ich hab das richtige noch nicht gefunden...

My first try of a Pizzabox. I think I have to exercise the thing with the ribbon. It´s not as I would like it.
What glue do you use for ribbons? I think I have´t found the right thing for it...

4 tägiger Beutezug

Heute gibts mal keine Karte von mir, sondern nur den Reisebericht ;o)

Ich bin einfach noch nicht dazu gekommen alles zu verstauen und meine Sachen wieder rauszukramen.
Wir haben am Donnerstag unser Quartier im Enkenshof bezogen. Davor hatten wir schon kurz Venlo unsicher gemacht und uns bei Pippos schon mal "warmgeshoppt" ;o).
Freitag war dann die Papierfabrik und Lasonder in Venlo angesagt, und am Samstag waren wir noch bei Nellie.
Nellie hat uns ihre neuen Stempel gezeigt - Die kleinen Drachen muß ich unbedingt haben, aber leider gibts die erst im Juni zu kaufen.
Abends haben wir gequatscht, gestempelt und - *zu Iris rüberwink* - Katzen gefüttert ;o)

Today there is only a short report about my journey. On Thursday we was by Pippos. After that we arrived on Enkenshof where we stay for these days. On Friday we was in a paperfactory and by Lasonder and on Saturday we visited Nellie.
Nellie showed us her new stamps. They are available in June. I love this little dragon!
In the evening we stamped, chatted and Iris was feeding the cats ;o)

So hat es ausgeschaut nachdem wir die ganzen Sackerl aus dem Auto geräumt hatten....

wieder zurück + Weihnachtsmädel

Ich bin wieder zurück! Und - was soll ich sagen - es war wunderschön! Nachdem ich gestern keine Lust mehr hatte zum Koffer auspacken, gibt es heute auch noch keine Fotos, aber das kommt bestimmt ;o)

Mädels - es war wieder superschön, aber wie immer viel zu kurz.

Und hier noch eine sehr simple Karte. Ich hab den Stanzer so noch nie benutzt, ich glaube das muß ich ändern ;o)

I´m back! And - it was a very beautiful weekend! I was so tired yesterday that I haven´t unpacked my bag, so I haven´t fotos yet but they are coming soon!

Here a very simple card, but I hope the snowflakeborder have a lasting effect. I never used the punch like this bevore, I think I should change this ;o)

Keltische Karte

Es ist komisch, aber ich embosse wieder total gerne, und ich finde es passt auch total gut zu den Stempelmotiven. Das Mädchen ist wieder ausgeschnitten, und mit 3D-Pads aufgeklebt.

It´s funny but I like it again to emboss. I think it fits very good to the stamps. This little girl is cut out and glued with 3D-pads.

Miss you

Die 2 Abdrücke von der Bank und Edwin hab ich schon ewig, nur greift man viel zu wenig oft in die Abdruckkiste ;O) Ich hab mir gedacht die Schnörkel sollen Wind darstellen, aber ich bin mir nicht mehr so sicher ob das zu dem Rautenmuster dazu eine gute Idee war. Naja, eigentlich gefällt sie mir trotzdem ;O)
Edwin ist wieder 3D-mäßig auf die Karte geklebt.

I rarely take print offs out of my box, so Edwin waited very long to get on a card ;O).
I thought the flurishes are like wind, but I don´t think that was the best idea I ever had... ok, Well, I like the card anyway ;O)

Lesezeichen als Mitbringsel

Ich bin heute früh weggeflogen und treff ich mich mit Freunden die ich aus einer kleinen feinen Yahoogroup kenne. Einmal im Jahr treffen wir uns für 4 Tage in Deutschland und fahren dann jeden Tag nach Holland um kräftig zu shoppen ;O)
Ich hab diese Lesezeichen als kleine Geschenke für die Mädels vorbereitet.
Hier is die Anleitung die ich verwendet habe.

Und keine Sorge - Ich werd euch trotzdem neue Karten zeigen, die nächsten Tage wird automatisch weitergepostet.

Am Meer

Dieser kleine Kerl sollte aufpassen das ihn der Krebs nicht zwickt ;O)
Der kleine ist wie geschaffen für eine solche Karte. Der Wasserhintergrund ist ein Cuttlebug Folder, den ich mir mal bei einer Freundin gemacht habe. Damit die "Wellen" besser rauskommen, hab ich das ganze mit Distress gewischt. Der Sandstrand ist Elefantenhaut von der ich noch ein Reststück hatte. Und die Muscheln hab ich aus dem Spanienurlaub mitgebracht.
Bin gespannt wie sie euch gefällt!

The waterbackground is made with a friends cuttlebug folder. I distressed it so that I have a better contrast. The shells are from the last holiday in spain.

PB Challenge # 48

Dies ist meine Karte für die 48. Penny Black Challenge. Das Thema war "Schwarz, Weiß und eine andere Farbe". Ich hab den Schmetterling auf weißes Glossy gestempelt und dann mittels verkehrter Maske eingefärbt.
Ich bin gespannt was ihr dazu sagt - ist mal was ganz anderes.

This is my card for the 48th Penny Black Challenge. Thema was "black, white and one other color". I stamped this butterfly on white glossy and colored the one with reverse mask technic.
I´m looking forward for your comments - this card is a new style for me.

Birdie

Ich hab wieder mal den süßen Birdie verarbeitet. Ich mag den Stempel total gerne. Ich hab das erste mal meine Aqua Pasinters von Lyra versucht. Die sind so ähnlich wie eure Copics. Für kleine Flächen gefällt es mir ganz gut, aber für große? Ich weiß nicht recht....

Once again I worked this cute little birdie. I like this image very much. First time I colored with Aqua painters (from Lyra) - they are a little bit like copics. I like them for small areas, but for big ones? I don´t know....

Arrrggghhhh

Kennt ihr das? Es gibt so Tage da geht einfach alles schief...
Das Kärtchen an und für sich war schon schief geklebt, weil ich irgendwie das Designpapier verschnitteh habe und es nicht gemerkt habe... Und dann hab ich noch den Schriftzug verkehrt gestempelt - und dann hab ich die Karte Karte sein lassen, und hab mich in den Garten gesetzt und gelesen. ;o)
Zeigen wollte ich sie euch trotzdem, es kann ja nicht immer nur alles glatt laufen, oder? ;o)

Do you know this? Days everything you do went wrong...
The card is layered slove because the design paper is cutted slove and I didn´t saw it... And at last I stamped the sentiment in the wrong direction....
At this time I let the card be a card an went in the garden and read a book ;O)
